AML Analyst – Part Time

For our client specialising in company registrations and helping entrepreneurs get everything they need to start their own business, making the process as simple as possible for them, we are looking to recruit an Anti-Money Laundering Analyst.

 

The Role:

The primary responsibility of this position is to perform preliminary AML/KYC/SOF due diligence, PEP, sanctions and financial crime risk assessment to ensure the organization is compliant in this highly regulated industry and enables operations to be effective and efficient in all aspects of the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Efficient and accurate Due Diligence checks on new and existing clients, ensuring there’s satisfactory traceability when it comes to record keeping;
  • Ensuring that actions taken on customer accounts are in adherence with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements;
  • Have the mindset to identify any concerns and where necessary, raise concerns through the appropriate channels in line with responsibility process;
  • Perform ongoing monitoring and compiling of due diligence documents in relation to ML;
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with other departments and operational teams;
  • Help the company fulfil regulations and compliance set forth by regulatory authorities across different jurisdictions.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in similar position;
  • Excellent command in English;
  • Experience within a regulated sector, KYC/SOF analysis of clients and understanding the due diligence of client’s documents is essential;
  • AML Certifications desirable.
