Agile Project Manager –  Hybrid

Purpose of the role:
The Project Manager’s primary role will be to build the Agile methodology from scratch using Agile methodologies and Waterfall to achieve a successful and predictable outcome. We expect the candidate to have previous successful hands-on experience in implementing Agile methodology in other companies.


You will have:

  • Working with cross-functional teams to create agile delivery plans for projects
  • Keeping track of team capacity and velocity. Monitor and report team performance, setting up KPIs
  • Communicate project objectives to all team members involved, support team in project delivery setting up agile processes and removing impediments. Embracing agile fundamental values
  • Working with stakeholders to plan deliveries to the team roadmap based on prioritization and value
  • Communicate with all departments, stakeholders and peers about resource allocation, project deliveries, risks, issues and impacts
  • Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives
  • Keep RAID log for the projects, evaluate probability and impact for the risks/issues, escalate and resolve
  • Develop individual project plans complete with budgetary information and resource needs
  • Project dependency management
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed


Person specification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer- or business-related discipline required (Master’s degree and/or PMP certificate preferred)
  • 3+ years’ experience in software project management, development or software design in agile project delivery
  • Excellent experience in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC / Waterfall
  • Preferred experience in any agile scaling frameworks
  • Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organizations
  • Experience in creating agile roadmaps for the high-level project delivery and leading team delivery in any agile methodology
  • Ability to complete projects on time and within the stated budget
  • Excellent communication, organization, time-management and leadership, attention to details
  • Experience negotiating vendor contracts
  • Tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Good spoken and written English.
